Ensure that the Links bar is visible. Check View->Toolbars->Links.
Right-click on the above Hagglet and choose Add to Favorites... Click Yes in the security dialog box. In the Create in... dropdown, select Links and click Add. Make sure the Hagglet is visible in the Links bar.

Ensure that the Bookmarks Toolbar is visible. Check View->Toolbars->Bookmarks Toolbar. Drag and Drop the above Hagglet on the Bookmarks Toolbar.
Ensure that the Personal Bar is visible. Check View->Toolbars->Personal Bar. Drag and Drop the above Hagglet on the Personal Bar.
Ensure that the Bookmarks Bar is visible. Select View->Show Bookmarks Bar. Drag and Drop the above Hagglet on the Bookmarks Bar.

How to use Hagglet
1. When you spot a product you like in a NetHaggler supported store,
click on the Hagglet link in your browser toolbar.
2. Your mouse arrow turns into a plus sign with which you can draw a rectangle on the product you are interested in.
3. This opens a hagglebox through which you can Tag, Nag and Haggle for a lower price.
